OUR ASSOCIATES

Like many consultancies, Ad Esse provides consultancy teams made up of a mixture of full-time staff and associates. The two requirements we have for selecting our people for assignments are that they have to be:

• skilled and competent in their specialist area
• people we want to spend time with

Our view is that a strong team leads to satisfied clients and we believe that a strong team will stem from people who want to work together on interesting assignments.
