Cumbria Probation achieve stunning inspection result

Ad Esse Consulting would like to congratulate the whole team at Cumbria Probation for such a stunning inspection result. Annette Hennessy and her Offender Management Team worked with Lorraine Mackin, Ad Esse Director to critically examine and improve the Risk of Harm processes. The improvement from 50% to 74% on the risk of harm part of the inspection is to be applauded. Annette will be sharing the learning with Ad Esse Consulting Clients at their Christmas Event on the 11th December at the Baltic Exchange, London.
