Ad Esse developed a bespoke RIW to address this situation; it contained a mix of Lean Thinking, Strategy and Transformation. The RIW consisted of 3 main parts; current state analysis, future state design and implementation planning.
Experience shows us that the most successful transformations are where continuous improvement is established rather than one off change. By using specific tools such as Master Schedules, we work with senior teams to ensure strategies can be deployed throughout the organisation. These can then be turned into operational actions to create value for customers and service users.
