We value accredited training, but know that it works best when it is ‘live’ and applied immediately to existing work.
Accredited by Cardiff University’s Lean Competency Services, the Lean Competency System allows us to provide training and testing to recognise your competence and to ensure high standards. There are a number of levels, beginning with basic understanding through to practitioner levels that will:
- Recognise and reward your staff
- Assure robust, high quality training
- Increase sustainability and aid ROI by having trained internal staff
- Increase overall capability within the organisation.
We are committed to the development of understanding and the transfer of skills in each piece of work we support.
Accredited training involves assessment of your staff and certification, which can contribute to continuing professional development.
