At Ad Esse we are concerned, as all organisations are, about the impact the Coronavirus pandemic is having on people and businesses across the world. This is a time of uncertainty for us all and we hope that everyone is managing to look after themselves and each other.
Many sectors we work in have no choice but to continue delivering their essential services, and we are eternally grateful to those amazing people who will continue to help the world turn through this difficult time.
It’s not all doom and gloom, there is opportunity in adversity. Did you know that Isaac Newton discovered calculus and William Shakespeare wrote “King Lear” whilst they were in quarantine for the Plague?
For us it’s business as usual, with most clients continuing their projects in one way or another. We are delivering virtual workshops; supporting people to plan & implement improvements; and training staff to enhance their skillset whilst they are at home with extra capacity.
This week we have:
- Delivered virtual training sessions for groups of over 15 people
- Facilitated a virtual current-state mapping workshop with a housing organisation
- Completed virtual process observations with staff who shared their screen with us and walked us through their processes
- Redesigned a series of processes with staff from a charity
We are flexible in our approach and can quickly adapt to align with your own platforms, systems and communication styles, or you can let us take the lead and make the most of the resources we have available.
We can’t stop the pandemic, but we can help you get ready to tackle the inevitable post pandemic peak in demand, and we can work to strengthen organisations for when the world eventually returns to normal. Now is the ideal opportunity to step back and reflect on how to make services better whilst most of your staff are still healthy and working remotely.
Stay well and please get in touch to discuss any project you have in mind.
